Each lead with name, email, phone, the original inquiry message, the property they asked about, source, status, notes, AI score, engagement level, budget, bedrooms, location preference and property type, with their timestamps — plus separate files for lead notes, tasks and voice-note transcripts.

Two ways to build a bundle
One takes everything standard without a decision. The other is a selection you make row by row.

Tick the domains you want and nothing else — leads only, or invoices and deals only. Add the opt-in Activity & Notifications domain, switch media files on or off, and limit rows to a created-date range.

What a bundle contains, and how the job runs
The bundle
- Formats
- .zip with one CSV per table plus media, or .zip + JSON, which adds an all-data.json for developers.
- Layout
- One folder per domain, one file per table.
- Encoding
- UTF-8 CSV, opening directly in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
- Media stores
- When media is included the bundle pulls the actual files from four stores: profile avatars, listing images, tenant documents and transaction documents.
- Invoice PDFs
- Invoices additionally render as individual PDFs when media is included.
- manifest.json
- Schema version, export id, generation timestamp, the exact selection used, and per-file row counts.
- README.txt
- What the bundle contains and how to open each format.
The job
- Where it runs
- In the background, so a large export does not block the workspace.
- States
- queued, processing, complete — or failed, or expired — with live progress.
- Concurrency
- One export runs at a time.
- Notification
- An email announces the finished bundle.
- Download window
- Seven days, after which the file auto-deletes from the servers.
- Export History
- The categories, row counts, size, build time and expiry of each past export, with download and delete.
- Audit
- Every export is audit-logged.

What an export is, and what it is not
The bundle covers the record categories listed in Export Center — the six standard domains and the opt-in one. It is not the application, not its source code, and not every internal field.
The seven-day download window and the auto-deletion that follows it are the current operational facts. The scope of an export, and any access to it after an account ends, are governed by the Terms — this page does not promise complete portability, perpetual hosted access, or automatic migration into another vendor’s system.
A bundle is a copy of records you entered. It is not an accounting, legal or tax record, and nothing in it is advice.
