How it works — 4 steps

Schedule in seconds

Select the showing type, link a property from your listings, set the date and start/end time, add access instructions (gate code, lockbox, parking). Add attendees from your CRM leads or enter them manually.

Reminders fire automatically — to you and your client

The moment a showing is scheduled, two reminders are queued: 24 hours before and 2 hours before. Both you and your client receive them. No manual follow-up needed, no one shows up to a locked door.

Track during the showing

Mark the showing as In Progress when it starts. Track each attendee — who showed up, who was a no-show. Update status to Completed or No Show when it ends.

Log feedback and interest level

After each showing, rate the client's interest: Hot, Warm, or Cold. Add notes about their reaction, concerns, and what they liked. This data stays in the showing record for your follow-up.
