How the assistant works
Open it from any page
The assistant is one click away throughout the dashboard. When you open it, the saved conversation history loads so you can continue from the previous session.
Write or speak in ordinary language
Ask “who needs follow-up?”, say “create a task to call Maria tomorrow at 9 AM,” or compare this month with the last. There is no command syntax to learn.
It reads the relevant records and names every change
The assistant can search leads, tasks, transactions and showings. One request may use up to 8 tool calls in each of 3 rounds. If that is not enough, it reports what was completed and what remains. Changes appear in the CRM activity log with a saved before-state for undo. Money fields remain read-only, and deletion requires an explicit confirmation.
Open the next screen from the answer
Responses can include links to about twenty destinations in WebGrowly OS, such as a lead profile, the pipeline or today’s tasks. One tap opens the place where the next step happens.

Speak the request and hear the answer
Voice input and spoken playback are built into the assistant.
Voice Input
Tap the microphone and dictate the request. The server transcribes the audio and detects the spoken language automatically; no separate app or language setting is required.
Spoken Playback
Tap the speaker on any response to hear it read aloud. The feature is available for hands-free review between appointments.
Saved Context
Conversation history persists across sessions and can be cleared in one action. Facts you ask the assistant to remember are stored separately as data, never as instructions.
Where it saves effort
Fewer screens to check
Ask for a lead’s last interaction instead of opening several sections. The answer can draw from thirteen record areas and link back to the source record.
Voice when typing is inconvenient
Dictate an update, let the server transcribe it and review the assistant’s confirmation. The feature reduces typing when you are between appointments.
A practical starting point for the day
A daily briefing can collect today’s tasks, leads awaiting follow-up and records that have not been touched recently. You decide what to act on.
