How It Works
STEP 01
Copy your API key from the dashboard
Every AgentOS account gets a unique API key in the format agos_[id]_[hash]. Paste it into Zapier as authentication — works via URL parameter or HTTP header.
STEP 02
Pick a trigger — Facebook, Google, Typeform, anything
Set up a Zap with your lead source as the trigger and AgentOS as the action. Map name, email, phone, budget, property type, location, bedrooms — whatever the source provides.
STEP 03
Leads arrive deduplicated and tagged
If a lead with the same email already exists, AgentOS updates it instead of creating a duplicate. Every lead is tagged with its source so you know exactly where it came from.
STEP 04
You get notified — same as every other lead
SMS and email notifications fire automatically. The lead appears in your pipeline with status "new" — ready for follow-up, just like website and chat leads.
