Start every lead email with the context already in place
The AI reads the lead's original inquiry, dated notes and current status, then drafts a subject and message around that history. Choose from seven email types, four tones and five languages.
The record on one side. A relevant email on the other.
The draft draws from the dated notes and timeline already attached to the lead.
From lead record to email in four steps
Choose a CRM lead or enter the details yourself
Select a lead from the pipeline and the composer loads the original inquiry, every dated follow-up note, the current status and any recorded property interest. You can also enter a name and email manually and supply your own context.
Tell it what kind of email you need
Choose Follow Up, New Listing Alert, Price Reduction, Just Sold, Market Update, Re-engagement or Hot Lead Response. Each option gives the draft a specific job rather than forcing every situation into one template.
Set the tone, language and property context
Pick Professional, Friendly, Luxury or Urgent. If the message is about a particular home, add its address, price and relevant features, then choose the output language.
Review the subject and full message
The result includes a subject line, a 150–250-word body and your saved agent signature. Copy either part, or choose “Open in Email Client” to open your mail app with the subject and message filled in. You remain the sender.
Seven email types, each with a clear purpose
Follow Up
Continue the conversation after the first contact without applying too much pressure.
New Listing Alert
Introduce a new property that matches the criteria already on record.
Price Reduction
Tell an interested lead that the asking price has changed.
Just Sold
Share a recent sale that is relevant to the lead’s plans or search.
Market Update
Send a concise market note and give the lead a reason to reply.
Re-engagement
Restart a conversation that has gone quiet without sounding forced.
Hot Lead Response
Prepare a prompt, direct answer to a new high-intent inquiry.
What the composer prepares
A subject tied to the reason for writing
A concise subject that reflects the selected email type and tone, using the lead's name, property interest or situation when the record supports it.
A complete message with context
A 150–250-word draft with a personal greeting, the selected purpose, relevant details from the lead's history and the agent signature saved in your preset.
Why agents keep it close
The draft starts from the actual record
The composer uses the inquiry, notes, status and property interest already stored for that lead, so the message begins with known context instead of a generic opening.
The handoff to email is simple
Select the lead, generate the draft, check it, then open your mail client with both fields already filled. Nothing sends until you approve it.
The tone can match the moment
A luxury-buyer follow-up should not sound like a quick re-engagement note. Pick the tone that fits the situation before the draft is written.
