Your professional website
Your brand, services, neighborhoods, guides and ways to reach you, on your domain, in five complete language versions. It is the public experience clients see first.
By WebGrowlyUpdated
With WebGrowly the whole system costs $499 one time: a professional real estate website on your own domain, built-in IDX property search, and WebGrowly OS, the CRM working behind it. There is no monthly WebGrowly platform fee and no separate WebGrowly IDX fee.
Elsewhere the same three pieces are usually rented separately. Current official examples: $60 a month for IDX added to a website you already own, $69 per user a month for a CRM, and $399 a month plus a $500 setup fee for a website + IDX + CRM platform. Those are different products, not a Florida average.
This guide shows what each number actually buys, what one agent pays over one and three years at list price, and which local fees stay outside every vendor’s headline.
One professional account. Look at the public website and the private workspace before you decide.
WHAT THE PRICE BUYS
A real estate website is the front door to your brand. IDX is the property search built into that door. The CRM is the room behind it, where the people who contact you and the work that follows are organized.
Sold separately, each piece has its own price, its own login and its own renewal date, and the headline number usually describes one floor. WebGrowly sells the whole building.
Your brand, services, neighborhoods, guides and ways to reach you, on your domain, in five complete language versions. It is the public experience clients see first.
MLS-connected search in a list or on the map, dedicated listing pages, drawn areas and travel-time search, all inside your branded website. Buyers never leave your site to look at homes.
The private workspace: leads, tasks, showings, pipeline, transactions and follow-up, with the property and question a buyer asked about already attached to their record.

Together, the three parts create one working system.
COMPARE WHAT YOU GET
Two prices can both say “real estate software” and buy completely different things. Before you compare numbers, check which of the three parts each offer includes.
A low monthly price can be perfectly accurate and still describe one piece. A larger number can include more of the system. First compare what you get. Then compare how often you pay.
Property search you bolt onto a website you already have. It may include registration or basic lead tools; the website itself and a full CRM stay separate.
A private system for contacts, follow-up and pipeline. It does not put a public property search on your domain, and it is usually priced per user.
A website and property search sold together. CRM depth, user limits, setup and billing depend on the exact plan.
One product covers the branded public experience and the private operating system behind it. That is the model WebGrowly uses.
WHY CONNECTION MATTERS
When a buyer asks about a home on your website, WebGrowly can keep that property, and where the question started, with the buyer’s contact record. Your first reply is about the home they care about, not a generic hello.
The website stays the public side your audience sees. WebGrowly OS is the private side where leads, tasks, showings, pipeline and transactions live. Anonymous browsing stays anonymous until a visitor chooses to share their details.
Buyers describe a home in ordinary words or work the filters, in a list or on the map, without leaving your site.
The heart saves the home first; the account comes afterward. A saved home, a search or a question can travel with the inquiry.
The lead record opens with the property, the question and the source already attached, so the conversation continues instead of restarting.
2026 MARKET WINDOW
Official list prices, checked September 3, 2026. They are not a Florida average and not a feature-for-feature ranking: each line belongs to a different product class. What they share is the shape of the bill.
$60 per month · IDX service
Core adds IDX home search to a website you already have. IDX Broker states that every plan also carries a one-time setup fee and asks you to contact IDX Broker directly for the current amount.
$69 per user, per month · CRM
Grow is a CRM for organizing and working leads; annual billing shows $58 per user, per month. The price does not include a public website or built-in IDX search.
$399 per month + $500 setup · Website + IDX + CRM platform
The current plan includes two users. IDX feeds are listed at $10 per MLS board, per month, on top of the platform price.
$499 one time · Website + built-in IDX + WebGrowly OS/CRM
One professional account. Hosting, product updates and maintenance are included. No monthly WebGrowly platform fee and no separate WebGrowly IDX fee.

Editorial arithmetic at list price: one year is 12 monthly payments and three years is 36, for one seat, with no MLS, association or provider fees and no optional add-ons. Setup fees are included only where the vendor publishes them. Prices can change, so check the linked pages before you decide.
Read only $60, $69, $399 and $499 and the four numbers are not comparable: one is an IDX layer, one is a CRM seat, one is a monthly platform plus setup, and one is a connected product you pay for once.
Compare what is included first. Then compare how often you pay.THE FLORIDA PART
Florida Realtors currently lists 51 local associations and boards across the state. Each local market sets its own arrangements, so this guide does not invent one statewide MLS or association price.
How to read any quote
When a vendor says “IDX included”, ask two questions: is the search built into my own website, and who bills the MLS data fee? With WebGrowly the search is built in, and the only possible outside line is the one your MLS or association sets.

QUICK ANSWERS
No. Some prices cover only IDX or only a CRM; others include the website, the property search and the follow-up system together. Compare what is included and whether the price repeats every month instead of trusting a blended statewide number.
One professional account includes the real estate website hosted on your own domain, built-in IDX property search, WebGrowly OS with its CRM, product updates and maintenance. Registering and renewing the domain name itself is not part of the license.
No, not for the CRM and daily operating functions included in WebGrowly OS. If you have a specialized requirement, compare that requirement on its own instead of assuming a second CRM is mandatory.
No. A price buys a defined product or service, not an audience or a business result. A useful website still needs clear positioning, real content, distribution and disciplined follow-up.
