Let Buyers Save First. Invite Them to Register Second.
The heart button saves a home immediately, without a form. Once the buyer has something worth keeping across devices, the site offers an account. The home that prompted registration stays with them through sign-in and appears in the new account.
Save, Invite, Register — Without Losing the Home
The heart saves the home right away
On any property card or listing page, one tap saves it. The first save is local and anonymous — no email, no phone, no account. The buyer gets the shortlist before being asked for anything.
The invitation comes after the value
The site offers an account only after the buyer has a saved list worth keeping across devices. Registration preserves something they already chose; it is not required just to begin browsing.
Registration by Google, Apple or a verified email code
The email path is two-phase: no account exists until the code is verified. Returning clients log in and can reset a password.
What they were looking at lands in the new account
The home or the search that triggered the sign-up carries through the whole authentication flow. Anonymous saves made before signing in are merged into the account on first login rather than lost.
What the buyer keeps, and what the agent sees
What the buyer keeps
- One personal page holding saved homes and recently viewed homes together.
- Live re-fetch of listing data, so prices and status stay current and homes that are no longer available are marked as such.
- Named saved searches storing the exact query with every filter intact — "waterfront condos" and "investment rentals" run as parallel strategies and reopen with one click.
- Remove a save, go back to browsing, update name and optional phone, sign out, or permanently delete the profile after confirmation.
What the agent sees
- A Portal Activity panel on the lead record: account email, name, member-since date and last login.
- The saved homes with their label and price, and the named saved searches with the full query behind each one.
- The recent views, and the most recent 50 activity events.
- Creating a portal account creates or attaches the matching lead with Client Portal registration recorded as its origin — registration is itself a lead entry point.

Checkable details
- Saved homes
- Up to 200 per account.
- Named saved searches
- Up to 50 per account.
- Recent views
- The last 24 are kept.
- Activity in the CRM
- The panel shows the newest 50 events.
- Activity recorded
- Signed up, signed in, saved or removed a home, saved or removed a search, and viewed a home. Seven clear activity types, nothing else.
- Sign-in options
- Google, Apple, or email plus a verification code, with password reset for returning users.
- CRM origin
- A portal registration arrives identified as Client Portal registration.
- Saved-list mirror
- The Saved-property updates consent record keeps the visitor’s language, device timestamp and server-received time.
- Mirrored message
- Rebuilt server-side, capped under 4,900 characters, and carrying up to 3 of the visitor’s own recent form messages — so an automated update cannot overwrite what a human wrote.
- Duplicate protection
- Each saved search carries a unique intent identifier, so a lost response or a reload retries as the same search exactly once instead of creating a second one.
- Credentials
- The browser never holds a raw API token. The site proxies portal calls through its own same-origin route, which attaches the site key and an opaque HttpOnly browser-slot credential server-side.
What the portal does not promise
- Registration and consent are the visitor’s own actions. Not every anonymous visitor becomes identified, and no lead record is claimed to be complete.
- Portal activity is behavioural data, not a forecast. It does not promise leads, appointments or closings.
- Nothing here contacts the client on its own — no automatic calls, texts or outreach. The agent reads the panel and decides what to do.
- Mirroring the saved list into the lead’s CRM message happens only under the stated consent disclosure, with the audit block attached.
