Put the pre-construction catalogue on your own domain
The dedicated Pre-Construction page places the new-development catalogue and floor-plan explorer inside your site, tied to its account key and available through the five-language navigation. Resale MLS results remain separate by design.
Your site stays around the entire catalogue
Visitors can explore developments and floor plans without being sent to another portal.
How the catalogue works on your site
Keep the experience on your domain
Pre-Construction is a complete section of the agent site, with localized metadata, a canonical URL, hreflang alternates and an OG locale for all five languages. A translated homepage section leads directly to it.
Use the catalogue assigned to that site
The embedded catalogue and floor-plan explorer use the account key configured for the site. The visitor browses that access while your header, navigation and footer remain in place.
Carry the selected language into the explorer
Spanish and Portuguese open their matching catalogue language; the other locales use English. Changing the site language reloads the explorer with the corresponding language instead of keeping the previous selection.
Let the page scroll as one continuous experience
The embed reports its content height and the page expands the frame to match, leaving the footer immediately after the catalogue. The site checks the message origin before accepting a height change.
What is configured and verifiable
- Published page
- The Pre-Construction catalogue lives on a complete page under the agent’s own domain.
- Languages
- English, Spanish, Russian, French and Portuguese each have a localized title and description, canonical URL, hreflang alternatives and OG locale.
- Account key
- The catalogue key is configured per site, allowing different WebGrowly sites to use different new-development access.
- Explorer language
- Spanish and Portuguese use their corresponding version; English is used for the other site locales.
- Frame size
- The explorer begins at viewport height and expands with its content instead of remaining inside a fixed-height box.
- Origin check
- The page accepts height messages only after checking their origin.
- Separate inventory
- Pre-construction projects do not enter the resale MLS search, and resale listings do not enter the project catalogue.
- Related tools
- A Pre-Construction Deposit calculator models the payment schedule, while a search-intent section addresses common new-development questions.
What the development source controls
- Availability, prices, floor plans and delivery dates come from the development source and can change. WebGrowly does not guarantee inventory, allocations, developer terms or deposit schedules.
- The catalogue is not an appraisal or investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not imply a return.
- WebGrowly does not claim exclusive or off-market access; any such statement is the responsibility of the individual agent.
How it connects to the rest of the site
Before
Your brand and navigation introduce the experience, so an investor or new-construction buyer begins on your site.
This page
The catalogue, project details and floor plans appear within the pre-construction route and supported language behavior.
After
The next step can be the deposit calculator or contact form. The inquiry reaches WebGrowly OS, while resale search, saved homes and the buyer portal continue separately.
