What is collected and how it becomes a report
The site records five defined events
The complete list is page view, property view, contact click, calculator use and search. Each event includes device type and page path, plus only the referring origin and path; query strings and fragments stay in the browser. Without full cookie consent, the visitor ID lasts for that session only and is not stored persistently.
The main results share one view
Total views, unique visitors, total leads and AI conversations each show the change from the preceding comparable period. A live count shows who is on the site now. Choose today, 7, 30 or 90 days, a full year, or a custom range up to 365 days.
Sources and lead stages stay visible
Leads are grouped as AI chat, contact form, phone, email, manual, website or unknown. The dashboard also shows daily views, traffic sources, devices, Countries and US States, top properties and the seven stages from New through Lost.
Request a written AI review when useful
“Get AI Insights” returns a fixed report for the selected period: summary; up, down or neutral metrics; peak days and hours; actions by traffic source; geographic strategy; five specified content formats; and a Monday-to-Sunday plan. Suggested posting times stay between 7 AM and 11 PM. You can copy the report, download a PDF or regenerate it; identical figures and dates use a 24-hour cache.
What the dashboard makes easier
Traffic patterns are visible at a glance
Four metric cards, the live visitor indicator and a 7 × 24 activity heatmap show the selected period and its busiest days and hours. Trend arrows compare it with the previous matching window.
Nothing disappears between source and stage
Seven sources, seven funnel stages, daily views, traffic sources, devices, geography and top properties share the same report. A separate chat section shows chats, messages, messages per chat, average lead score, conversion rate and top detected interests.
The AI report has a defined scope
It turns the current figures into a draft analysis and self-managed marketing plan for you to review. Results are cached for 24 hours per period, and Regenerate requests a new pass.
