From raw material to listing draft
Choose the source you already have
Drop in a screenshot, paste a block of text, record a voice note, or paste a public Matrix share link. Every option is available at the top of the same property form, with no separate setup.
Smart Extract structures sixteen fields
It reads the title, description, price, address, city, state, ZIP, beds, baths, square feet, lot size, year built, property type, MLS number, amenities and virtual-tour URL, plus a source label. Values are normalized as they are read: “3BR” becomes 3 and “$1,250,000” becomes 1250000. If the source does not contain a detail, the field stays empty instead of being guessed.
Approve the draft, field by field
The review screen shows found and missing fields side by side, with a count for each. Correct anything that needs attention and apply the draft only when it is ready. Nothing is written to the database before your approval.
Place the saved listing where it belongs
After saving, the listing joins the inventory board. Drag to reorder it: positions 1–3 appear on the mobile homepage, 1–6 on the desktop homepage, and the rest on the listings page. The same list lets you publish, hide, mark as Featured, edit or delete.
