Tap the microphone button on the Voice Notes page, inside a lead's detail panel, in a rental unit note, in the task form, or from the Quick Actions shortcut. No app switching, no separate device needed — your browser microphone handles everything.

Speak Naturally for Up to 3 Minutes

Talk through what happened — a showing debrief, a client call summary, a property observation, a task you need to create. A live progress bar tracks your recording. When you stop, the audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription.

AI Analyzes the Transcript

GPT-4 reads the full transcript and returns: a short summary of what the note is about, a list of extracted action items (tasks you mentioned), and a suggested lead to link the note to — matched by name from your CRM.

Save and Link to a Lead

Confirm or change the lead suggestion, then save. The note appears in your Voice Notes library with full transcript, summary, and action items. If saved from a lead panel, it's also visible in that lead's notes timeline.
