Fill in the listing details
Enter price, address, beds, baths, square footage, and the headline badge across the top — editable, defaulting to "EXCLUSIVE LISTING". Price shorthand like "2.5M" or "950k" is normalised, and long addresses and headlines shrink to fit instead of running off the edge.
