Know what needs doing now — and what is already late.

Calls, emails, showings and follow-ups share one worklist. Each card carries its due time, priority and linked lead; overdue work gets its own view. Create tasks by hand or voice, approve the draft, and choose which reminders may reach you off-screen.

Your working day, sorted into one clear list

Every row shows the task type, priority and due time; overdue cards are outlined in red

From reminder to completed task

01

Create it manually or dictate it

Enter the title, type, priority, due date and time yourself, or record the task. The audio is transcribed and the AI fills the same form using the browser's IANA timezone, so “tomorrow at 3” means 3 p.m. where you are. The transcription and parsed fields remain a draft for you to review before saving.

02

Keep the context on the card

Each card shows its priority, due date and time, linked lead, description and one-tap completion control. Once a task is late, a red outline makes that state visible at a glance.

03

Open the view that matches the moment

Move between All, Today, Overdue — with a red count badge — and Completed. Then filter by task type when you need only calls, viewings or another action. Late work stays separate from future work.

04

Choose how reminders reach you

The reminder job runs every minute. It checks pending tasks due within five minutes or already overdue, plus one morning reminder per task due today at your configured time (08:00 by default) and timezone, with a five-minute grace window. Email, SMS and browser push are enabled separately and require the corresponding saved address or number. Every channel attempt is logged as successful, failed or skipped with a reason, while provider errors redact personal data. Delivery still depends on your setup and external providers: queued or sent does not mean delivered.
