Every task can be linked to a specific lead. From the lead's detail panel you can create a task directly — it pre-fills the lead name so you never lose context.
Filter to what matters now
Switch between All, Today, Overdue, and Completed views. Filter by task type to see only calls, or only showings. Overdue tasks are flagged in red — no manual checking needed.
Mark done in one click
Tap the complete button on any task row. Status updates instantly. Completed tasks move to the Completed view and stay in your history.
