Three Complete Guides Visitors Can Read Before They Download
Buyer, seller, and relocation guides each have a dedicated page and complete original copy in English, Spanish, Russian, French, and Portuguese. When a visitor downloads one, the browser creates a branded PDF from the same content they just read.
Three guides, three journeys
Each guide follows a purpose-built structure instead of repackaging the same generic document.

The Guide Page and Its Simple Download Form
Email plus a consent checkbox with a privacy-policy link. Nothing else.
Clear, Verifiable Details Behind Every Guide
The download asks for an email and consent, creates the PDF in the browser, and sends the CRM a journey-specific record with the consent timestamp.
- Public pages
- Each guide has its own published page and can be read before the visitor opens the download form.
- Languages
- English, Spanish, Russian, French and Portuguese. Each guide is authored in full in each one, including the phase labels, the checklist and the FAQ sections.
- Section counts
- Buyer 13, Seller 16, Relocation 12.
- Last updated
- Each guide carries a visible update date, and that same date is printed in the generated PDF.
- Market figures
- The on-page stats strip is dated — every figure carries its own observation month.
- PDF source
- The PDF is built from the same content object the page renders, so the on-page guide and the downloaded document cannot drift apart.
- PDF structure
- Cover page with your brand name, phone and email; a table-of-contents page; the full guide body; a closing page with your name, title, phone and email; site domain and page numbers in the running footer; the guide's disclaimer with its last-updated date.
- Fonts
- Noto Sans is embedded in every generated PDF, because the PDF core fonts carry no Cyrillic. A Russian guide prints as text, not as blank glyphs.
- Email gate
- Email plus a consent checkbox with a privacy-policy link.
- CRM record
- The inquiry keeps the selected guide attached, together with the visitor’s consent status and timestamp. A device-local copy preserves that context if a later automated sync runs.
- If the POST fails
- The download still completes, so a network error never costs the visitor the document. Only a successful POST records the inquiry.
Read this before you publish them
- Informational only. Not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
- Each guide carries its own dated disclaimer naming the Florida items to confirm with a licensed attorney and a CPA: property tax estimates, Homestead Exemption applicability, SB 264 restrictions and FIRPTA obligations.
- Market figures are dated and change continuously. No price, timing or transaction outcome is promised, and reading a guide does not produce a result.
- The five-language content is authored product content. It is not a human translation service.
