WebGrowly LLC ("WebGrowly," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We apply accessibility principles in the design, development, and content of the WebGrowly marketing website at realty.webgrowly.com and the WebGrowly OS platform. Real estate websites that we host for our customers publish their own accessibility statements.
This Accessibility Statement describes the standard we work toward, the measures we take, how to request an accommodation, and how to tell us about a barrier.
1. Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the W3C and as ISO/IEC 40500:2025. Where practical, we also address selected Level AAA success criteria, such as enhanced contrast, enhanced focus visibility, larger touch targets, and reduced motion.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We do not warrant that every page or feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 or to any other specific accessibility standard at all times, and some content supplied by third parties may not be fully accessible.
2. Measures We Take
Our design and development practices for the marketing website are intended to provide the measures below. WebGrowly OS is built from a component library that incorporates baseline accessibility patterns, such as keyboard navigation, focus management, ARIA attributes, semantic structure, and reduced-motion support.
(a) Keyboard access. Interactive elements are designed to be usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is not hidden behind sticky headers.
(b) Structure and navigation. Pages use semantic landmarks, a logical heading hierarchy, and a skip-to-main-content link in the page's language.
(c) Contrast and display preferences. Our themes are designed to meet or exceed WCAG contrast targets and respect operating-system preferences for increased contrast, forced colors (such as Windows High Contrast Mode), and reduced motion.
(d) Forms. Form fields have associated labels and input-purpose attributes, and submission results are announced to assistive technologies.
(e) Text alternatives. Meaningful images and icon-only controls have text alternatives; purely decorative elements are hidden from assistive technologies.
(f) Predictable behavior. Links that open a new tab or window say so, and dialogs manage focus, can be closed with the Escape key, and return focus when closed.
(g) Touch targets. Primary navigation controls provide generous touch targets.
(h) Testing. We use automated accessibility checks during development and before release, together with manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers.
3. Conformance Status
Our conformance target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, based on internal testing using the methods described in Section 2. We do not currently publish a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®). If you find content that does not meet this target, please tell us using the contact information in Section 5 so that we can review it.
4. Accommodation Requests
If you need an accommodation to access or use any part of WebGrowly's website or platform, please email accessibility@webgrowly.com with the subject line "Accessibility Accommodation".
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to acknowledge your request and respond with a proposed accommodation or alternative on a timely basis appropriate to the request. Accommodations may include, for example:
- A guided walkthrough by WebGrowly personnel by voice or video call
- Alternative configurations or modified workflows for specific features
- Information in a screen-reader-friendly or plain-text format
- Additional time for time-sensitive steps where an accessibility barrier caused a delay
5. Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of WebGrowly. Please tell us about any barrier you encounter.
WebGrowly LLC Attn: Accessibility 407 Lincoln Rd, Ste 6H, PMB 529 Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States Email: accessibility@webgrowly.com
To help us respond quickly, please use the subject line "Accessibility Feedback" and include (a) the URL of the page, (b) a description of the barrier, and (c) the assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using, if known.
6. Changes to This Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect changes to our practices, the Service, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this statement.
